RIVERWOOD REBATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Through 12/31/2012 , Carl Anderson Real Estate Broker will rebate 50% of the commission paid to Carl Anderson Real Estate Broker by builder/seller, at settlement, on any new construction purchase ( pursuant to 61J2-10.028) where Carl Anderson is acting as Transaction Broker and all interested parties agree to the rebate in writing at the time of contract execution. Buyers should typically contact Carl and accompany Carl to the Riverwood sales office to register BEFORE looking at models, inventory dwellings, or lots, and before having established a selling relationship with any of the builder's sales persons.
Under Florida Rule 61J2-10.028 of the Florida Real Estate Commission, the sharing of brokerage compensation by a licensee with a party to the real estate transaction with full disclosure to all interested parties is not considered a violation of Chapter 475, Part I, Florida Statutes.
